Review
WeatherBug 6.7 gives you information on weather on your PC desktop.
It features temperature infor, radar images, weather alerts and forecasts.
What you really download is an installer. It takes several minutes for it to download the required data from Internet. The program offers to install MyWebSearch toolbar. I don´t recommend to do that. During this review´s installation, NOD32 identified it like Malware. You´re required to enter personal data (email, date of birth, gender) and agree to receive adds by email and in the program´s screen in order to install Weatherbug 6.7.
When you install WeatherBug 6.7, it stays quietly in your System Toolbar, just telling you the temperature in your area. If you double-click on it, the full screen will appear, showing your home area information.
You can choose Forecast, and access the weather information for the oncoming days. You can also view Radar & Maps, Severe Weather Warnings, Live Traffic Cams, Weather News, Outdoor Health, Weather Fun, Photos and Videos, each service sponsored by some company. |
